26th Annual Hank Aaron State Trail 5K Run/Walk
Join us for the 26th Annual Hank Aaron State Trail 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, August 8, starting at 8:30 am. All event activities and parking will be in the Uecker Lot at American Family Field.
This popular event attracts over 1,500 participants of all ages and abilities, offering both a lively community stroll and a professionally chip-timed race for those aiming for a Personal Record. The course is flat and fast, winding through the beautiful Three Bridges Park along Milwaukee's historic rail corridor.
Your participation supports the Hank Aaron State Trail's largest fundraiser, benefiting the Friends of Hank Aaron State Trail and sending local kids to Bike Adventure Camp. Don't miss the after-party featuring a Live DJ, ice cream, and post-race snacks.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
- Awards: Top 3 Male & Female runners across 15 age categories, plus special prizes for top teams.
- Family Friendly: Strollers are welcome.
- Food & Fun: Complimentary coffee and treats, post-race party with DJ, ice cream, and snacks.

TEAMS
Gather a team of 8 or more runners to compete for the Traveling Trophy (Fastest Team or Largest Team) and earn bragging rights. Customize team shirts and vie for the Team Spirit Trophy. Special category for Scholastic Teams (18 & under).
Family & Stroller Friendly Event
Everyone is welcome! Whether you're chasing a personal best or enjoying a leisurely walk, this event is for you. Walkers and strollers are welcome, with strollers asked to start towards the back. Choose the "UNTIMED" option for a relaxed experience. Please note: dogs are not permitted for this event.
