BougeBouge Cap-Saint-Jacques
Join BougeBouge at Grand parc de l’Ouest – Secteur Cap Saint-Jacques, the largest green space in Montreal, this fall! Choose from distances of 1 km, 2 km, 5 km, 10 km, or 21.1 km and come move solo, with family, or with friends in the colorful autumn atmosphere.

Event services and rules
All distances are certified with timing provided by Sportstats. One or more aid stations will be on course; only one water refill station is provided and no cups will be distributed. Gels will be available. Paper waste on the course can lead to disqualification. Cut-offs and split times are set for safety and race management, and results are published by age category.
Registration and logistics
Ticket prices range from $22.00 to $57.00. Platform fees and taxes are added and prices increase by $5 per month during the 90 days before the event. Group discounts apply for bulk purchases. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and bank transfer in specific cases. Bibs and medals must be picked up together; unclaimed medals will be recycled.
Additional information
A finisher’s prize is included and varies by season. Parking is available at Collège Charlemagne or at the nature park for a fee. Participants are asked to follow eco-responsible rules and bring a refillable bottle. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

BougeBouge is a non-profit organization founded by two-time Olympian Kathy Tremblay. Our organization aims to prevent physical dropout among teenagers, young families, and retirees by bringing together people interested in active living in our communities. All of our initiatives are based on the principle of self-motivations and centre on education, autonomy, the development of a sense of competence, and the need for social connection. Registrations and bib pick up
Bib pick up: Sunday Morning – Event Day: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Location: Welcome Chalet, Grand parc de l’Ouest – Secteur Cap Saint-Jacques, 20099 Boul Gouin O, Pierrefonds, QC H9K 1C6. No payments can be made on-site. New registrations must be completed virtually. A colleague can pick up bibs for a group. Prices may vary, with last-minute registrations generally costing more once taxes and platform fees are included. Expect an additional minimum fee of $10 on top of the standard rates at the end of a tr
