The 2025 Feathers 5K Run & Walk is set to take place on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 8:00 AM EDT at Oglethorpe University, located at 4484 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319.
About the Event
This event aims to lighten the financial burden of cancer for patients and their families. The Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF) benefits from the proceeds of this run and walk, and your participation helps provide critical financial assistance to those in need.
Race Day Schedule
- 7:00 AM - 7:55 AM: Race Day Packet Pick-Up and In-Person Registration
- 7:30 AM: Official announcements and pre-race warm-up
- 8:00 AM: 5K run starts
- 8:10 AM: Fun Run for young children
- 9:00 AM: Presentation of awards
Award Categories
Awards will be given for the top three places in various age groups from 0-14 to 80 and over for both male and female participants.
Registration
Registration fees are as follows:
- $35 Early Bird Pricing (Jan 21 – Apr 14)
- $45 Final Month Registration (Apr 15 – Jun 7)
- $25 for children under age 18 (race t-shirt included)
- Special category for phantom runners: $35 Early Registration & $45 Regular Registration

Parking
Parking will be available at Oglethorpe University and is free. Signs will direct you to designated parking lots.
Cancellations
The event will occur rain or shine, and refunds are not available. Participants may arrange to pick up t-shirts and swag bags post-race if unable to attend.
