About the Event
An exciting challenge awaits in La Media Vuelta™ by Next Level Cycling, one of Puerto Rico's most demanding road cycling events. The journey begins in Arecibo, traversing towards Ponce through the center of the island, before returning to Arecibo via the western coast. Participants will ride approximately 140 miles, ascending around 9,000 feet.
The event features a group-paced route where participants must enroll in a single group with an estimated sustained speed of 18-20 mph. All riders will receive:
- Official event jersey
- Light lunch
- Dinner at the conclusion of the event
- Unlimited hydration (water, Coca-Cola®, Powerade®, Ensure Max Protein®, Pedialyte®, etc.)
- Snacks and fruits at rest stations
- Mechanical support before, during, and after the event (provided by Bike Republic)
- Support vehicles along the route
- Charter coach support bus
- Commemorative medal
