Event Overview
The 14th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike features a variety of courses for all levels. Swim in a clean lake, bike on well-mapped loops, and run through scenic trails.

Registration
Registration is digital only; no paper applications will be accepted. Online registration closes at the start of the race.
Awards
Awards will be given for various categories including Overall, Age Group, Clydesdale/Athena, and PC/ID Open divisions.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup occurs on Saturday at Medford Running Co from 11 AM-1 PM, and again on Sunday from 6 AM-7:15 AM at the race site.
Distances
- Triathlon: 1/4 mile Swim, 17.2 mile Bike, & 5k Run
- Duathlon: 2 mile Run, 17.2 mile Bike, & 5k Run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile Swim & 17.2 mile Bike
