Run, walk or jog 10k on 31st October 2024. Treadmill activities are also accepted; just take a screenshot of your activity!

After completing your challenge, upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form on our website.

Entries from overseas participants are accepted, though there may be extra shipping costs.
