Training Session Info
Join us for a professional approach to running and track & field training on Wednesday evenings at Mater Dei Track. This comprehensive workout program is designed for adults and youth of all skill levels, including warm-up techniques, dynamic drills, endurance and speed training, strength training, flexibility, and mindfulness!
The adult and youth groups will be separate, ensuring a focused and effective training environment. All adult club members work out for free. You don't need to register. It is a modest price for youth packages.

Meet the Coaches
Coach Joe Compagni will run the adult sessions. Coach Joe comes to Shore A.C. after 24 years at Monmouth University. Erin O’Neill will lead the youth sessions.
