Winter 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Holly Springs is organized by Triangle Run Smart Training, with presentations by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. Classes will meet once a week on Sundays, from January 12 to March 2, 2025. Each session lasts one hour, from 4 PM to 5 PM.
The class is designed for kids aged 8-14, focusing on developing running speed and overall conditioning while ensuring a fun atmosphere. The entire program costs $65, which includes all 8 sessions, a written training plan, educational resources, and a training shirt. Participants will also receive a 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Company.
