Event Details
This advanced class meets once a week for 8 weeks, starting on January 7, 2025, and concluding on February 25, 2025. Classes will be held every Tuesday from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM at Apex Nature Park (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
Participants should be capable of running 2 miles non-stop at any pace. The class is capped at 30 registrants.
Cost: $75. This fee covers eight weeks of coached workouts, a training plan for non-class days, a 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational materials, and a training shirt.
If you experience financial difficulties, a donation program is available to assist with training class costs.
