Training Overview
The class is 16 weeks long and catered to adults aiming to train for a full or half marathon. It includes:
- 2 coached group runs per week
- Daily training plans
- Suggested cross-training and strength workouts
- Optional Saturday group long runs
All participants are welcome, and sessions can be done virtually if you miss a run.
Costs & Registration
The cost is $85 if registered by November 17, 2024. After that, the price is $90 until the registration deadline of December 15, 2024.
Cost includes:
- 16-week training schedule

Program Dates
The program runs from November 24, 2024, to March 16, 2025, with group training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30AM and Saturday long runs at 7:30AM.
