Weserstadionlauf 2026– IN AND OUT!
The Weserstadionlauf – IN AND OUT is back on August 8, 2026. Experience a stadium with a thousand steps and maximum goosebumps. Run through player tunnels, boxes, grandstands, and the athletics hall on a course exclusively within the WESERSTADION, with options of approximately 4.35 km, 2 km, or 800 m.
Start, Finish & Mode
- Start: Garage access next to Tower 1
- Finish: Upper tier East Stand (Gastro area)
- Mode: Wave start in fixed intervals (your start time will be emailed the day before)
- Footing: Over 1,050 steps – varied and safely walkable with normal attention.
