Walk for Pets 2026: Collingwood
The 14th annual Walk for Pets, organized by the Georgian Triangle Humane Society, is scheduled for June 13, 2026 at Optimist Harbourview Park in Collingwood, Ontario. The event offers two route options for participants.
- 5 km fun run
- 2.5 km walk
Leash friendly pets are allowed. The event includes youth and adult registration categories with fees that vary by category and registration period. On event day there are registrations and opening remarks, the walk and run, booths, a family zone, a beer garden, food stations, thank you speeches, live music and a 50/50 draw. Proceeds support the shelter’s day to day operations and care for animals from South Georgian Bay. To date CA$57,947.18 has been raised toward a CA$125,000.00 goal.
