Why a Vredesloop?
Because standing still is no longer an option. Everyone cherishes peace and security. Yet, it burns in many places in the world. You only have to watch the news, read your newspaper, or follow your social media. Sometimes it seems far away, but we feel the consequences here.
Conflict after conflict, the United Nations and its experts warn, in report after report, that violations of international law lead to inhumane dramas on various continents. Some conflicts receive a lot of media attention, others remain under the radar.

No registrations on the day itself
350 Peace Runners have registered. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept new registrations on the day itself.
Start of the races
12:00 - Collection of bibs
From 12:00, you can collect your bib number at the Vredesloop stand until 20 minutes before the start of your race.
13:30 - Children's race 7 - 8 years
Peace runners born in 2018 or 2019 will run a beautiful 500-meter course together.
13:45 - Children's race 9 - 10 years
Children born in 2016 or 2017 will run a beautiful 500-meter course together.
