Vorkloster RunTour of Porta Coeli
The Vorkloster Run is a weekend adventure stage race for individuals and pairs, which takes place in the picturesque surroundings of the Porta Coeli Monastery in Předklášteří near Tišnov and the foothills of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. Participants complete three interesting stages with a total length of approximately 31 kilometers and an elevation gain of almost 850 meters. The stages can be completed solo or as a relay in pairs. The race offers a unique combination of sporting experience, historical atmosphere, and beer culture. The third edition of the race will take place on September 5 and 6, 2026.

Stages
Stage 1 – 5 km, start at 10:00 a.m. (Saturday) A fast, flat stage on high-quality asphalt, mostly on a cycle path away from traffic. The route runs along the Svratka River and Besének Creek with a dominant view of Květnice Hill.
Stage 2 – 11.4 km, start at 2:00 p.m. (Saturday) A more demanding hilly stage leading through easy terrain and along paved forest roads. The route leads into the hills southwest of Předklášteří towards Deblín. Along the way, there are panoramic views of the foothills of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands and the monastery complex.
Stage 3 – 14.7 km, start at 10:15 a.m. (Sunday) A moderately difficult stage with one hill in the first half and a flat finish. The route leads into the hills west of Předklášteří towards Dolní Loučky. Along the way, you will pass under two unique train viaducts from the middle of the last century.
