The Uwharrie 18 Hour Adventure Race is designed for teams of 1-4 to experience a challenging overnight race while exploring the backwoods of Uwharrie Mountains.

Required Gear
Ensure you have a suitable mountain bike, CPSC marked helmet, personal flotation device (PFD), lights for night paddling, food, and fluids to last the race duration. Specific gear needs for teams include a canoe or kayak, compass, watch, cell phone in a waterproof case, and basic first aid kit.
Camping Information
If you plan to camp, book your site early as Morrow Mountain State Park is under renovation and sites are limited.
