Ullapool Forest Runs 2026 - Heartbreak Hill Five Hour Challenge
Join the Heartbreak Hill Five Hour Challenge on 13 June 2026 in Inverlael Forest, Ullapool. This event is a fundraiser for Highland Hospice.
Challenge Details:
- Participants complete as many 3.6 km laps as possible within a five-hour time limit.
- Entrants can compete as individuals, pairs, or quads (male, female, or mixed teams).
- Six laps is equivalent to a half marathon, and 12 laps to a full marathon.
- The cut-off time to start a final lap is 4:59:59, and the final lap must be completed by 6:00:00.
Race Rules & Logistics:
- Race numbers must be worn and visible at all times.
- Team members will use a race number belt, handed over between laps.
- Transfers are permitted up to one week before the event.
- Under 14s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Walkers are welcome.
- On-site catering by NaeBad Coffee and Cakes Trailer will be available from 10:00 AM. Please bring cash.
- Car parking is available; car sharing is encouraged.
