Courses:
- Individual Sprint Tri— 400 yard snake swim, 12 mile road bike, 2 mile road run
- Relay Team Sprint Tri (per person fee) — 2-3 person team
Minimum age: 13
USAT annual or one-day membership required.
Packet Pickup
Location: RunnersWorld Tulsa, 3920 S. Peoria Ave, Tulsa
Pickup Dates:
- Friday, May 2nd—10:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday, May 3rd—10:00am – 5:00pm
Only the participant can pick up their packet with valid photo ID.
If you live more than 30 miles away and need to pick up on race morning, please email [email protected].
Race Day Schedule
- 6:30am: Transition Area Opens
- 7:30am: Transition Area Closes
- 7:35am: Pre-race meeting
- 7:45am: Race swim begins
Tickets
- Individual Sprint Tri: $70 - $90
- Relay Team Sprint Tri: $35 - $45
- Tri Camp Registration: $55
No refunds will be provided for this event due to weather or other cancellations, but participants may defer their registration for one year for a fee of $15.
