Organiser's Description
7 weekly coached swim sessions, provided by Huddersfield Triathlon Club swimming coaches, to develop front crawl technique for pool and open water swimming.
Participants need to be able to swim 50m with any stroke and will need goggles and tight fitting swimwear (not board shorts).
Open to adults and teenagers (who will be swimming in mixed gender lanes with adults).
