Tour of the Woods - Valley Park and Knightwood
Join the Tour of the Woods, a unique 10 km mixed-terrain running event organised by Chandler's Ford Swifts Running Club. This event takes place in the beautiful ancient woodlands of Valley Park and Knightwood, offering a challenging yet rewarding experience for all runners.
The 10K course is broken down into 5 stages, varying in length from 500 metres to 3 km. Participants can rest between stages, and this rest time does not contribute to their overall race time. This unique format allows runners to recharge before continuing their run.

Rules:
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over on the day of the event.
- Running with a dog is not permitted, but dogs are welcome at race headquarters.
- The event will be licensed by the Trail Running Association and run under UK Athletics rules.
- Headphones are not permitted, except for bone-conducting devices, provided the participant can still hear marshal instructions and be aware of hazards.
- Littering or damaging the woodlands will lead to disqualification.
