Tom Robb Memorial Trail Race
Welcome! We hope you will join us for this 7 mile trail race held over a fun course within the beautiful Carron Valley Forestry.
Funds raised from this event are shared between Alzheimer Scotland and Ochils Mountain Rescue Team.

This 7 mile trail race is open to runners of all abilities. It follows an undulating course of forestry tracks. The race commences within the Carron Valley Forestry site, which is located in Stirlingshire off the B818 Denny to Fintry road. What3words: geese.rewarded.arranger. The route follows a loop up towards Meikle Bin before veering off to twist back down towards the Carron Reservoir, finishing close to the main car park area. The trails are mainly hard packed landrover type tracks with loose, larger stones on the first hill section.
Registration:
Registration is from 7:30am. Car parking is available within Carron Valley Forestry. Charges of up to £4 may apply, depending on where you choose to park (Duncarron fort car park is free). Registration will be sign posted and takes place near to the forestry car park. Registration closes 15 minutes before the start of the race. The start is about 20m from the registration area. Public toilets are available near to the car park and a portaloo will be available beside the registration tent.

Photographers will be situated throughout the course. By entering the race participants agree to their photos being posted on the race social media and race website following the event.
Entry Fees:
£18 / £15 (SAL). Withdrawals prior to the race will be offered a full refund. Once the race is full, no refunds will be offered (full entry fee is donated to the charities).
Race details:
- Limited to 200 runners
- Chip timed with results on the event website.
- Cake stall donations go to Alzheimer Scotland and Ochils Mountain Rescue.
