Tölzer Triathlon
The 35th Tölzer Triathlon is completely SOLD OUT. We are thrilled by the high demand and the enormous interest in our event! If someone unfortunately falls ill or cannot start at short notice, there is the possibility to offer the starting place via the exchange on our website. At the same time, everyone who would like to participate but did not get a starting place may still have a chance to start. - Start: Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 08:30 AM at Kirchsee / Sachsenkam
- Olympic Distance Start Times:
08:30 AM Landesliga Süd (no drafting allowed)
09:00 AM Men AK 50 and older & Women
09:05 AM Men up to AK 45
09:10 AM Relay Triathlon (Olympic Distance) - Volks Distance Start Times:
09:45 AM Volks Triathlon + Youth A
10:00 AM Relay Triathlon (Volks Distance) - Finish/Finish Area: Sportstadion Bad Tölz (Peter-Freisl-Straße)
- Catering: Participants will be provided with food (fruit, drinks, cake, etc.)
- Facilities: Toilets & Showers available
- Award Ceremony: From approx. 1:00 PM (after the objection period)
- Prizes: Gifts for 1st-3rd place overall winners and medals for 1st-3rd place in all age groups.
- Buses to Kirchsee: Departure from the south gate of the stadium Peter-Freisl-Straße, times will be announced on the day of the competition.
- Bike Parking: Pickup possible once the last participant has left the bike parking area (approx. 11:15 AM). Guarded until 1:30 PM.

- 1.5 km Swimming in Kirchsee (nature reserve)
- 39.5 km Cycling through the Tölzer Voralpenland
- 9.7 km Running (two laps), turnaround course towards Ellbach
