Timber Trails Summer 2026

New for 2026, we're excited to announce our brand new event, ‘Timber Trails’! This 6-mile trail run takes place in the beautiful countryside near Bromsgrove. Most of the route is off-road, offering a picturesque yet challenging course with testing hills suitable for both beginners and experienced runners.
The route starts in Sanders Park, near Bromsgrove town centre, and guides participants through countryside public footpaths, with arrows and marshalls ensuring you stay on track. The course returns to Sanders Park for the finish line.

- Where is the venue? Sanders Park, Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove B61 7JP.
- How do I get there and park? Car parking is free at Sanders Park (82 spaces, plus disabled and electric charging points) and in a large field off Whitford Road.
- When is registration, the run briefing and the start time? Registration opens at 08:00am onsite. A brief will be held at the start line at 09:15, with the run starting at 09:30.
- Refunds/Transfers: No refunds, deferrals, or transfers are available.
- Route Length: 6 miles (multi-terrain loop, more challenging than road running).
- Water Stations: Yes, at approximately 5K and at the finish. Reusable hydration is recommended.
- Shoes: Trail shoes recommended, depending on weather conditions.
- Age Limits: Entrants must be 15 or over and accompanied by an adult.
- Dog Policy: Dogs are permitted if kept under control on leads and away from livestock. Owners must bring and responsibly dispose of poo bags.
- Toilets: Available onsite near the start/finish and at the park cafe.
- Bag Drop/Changing: No facilities provided; car parks are close to the start/finish.
- Food/Drink: A café is available at Sanders Park.
- Medal/Time: All finishers receive a medal and an official time. Results published within 48 hours.
