The One on The River - Henley takes place across the scenic Thames Valley area with its routes going through Culden Faw Estate. Swim the river, cycle the hilly open roads, or run through the trail paths enjoying the views of Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding areas. THE ONE NOT TO MISS.

Race Pack Collection: Timing chip, bib number, and bike/helmet stickers available on event day from 06:00am at the Registration Tent.
Transition area: Opens at 06:00am. Requires event number and bike sticker.
The Route: All swim, bike and run courses are marked and marshalled. Laps depend on distance. Course map available online.
Pre-Race Email: Detailed information will be sent 2 weeks prior to the event.
FACILITIES:
- Medical Cover: Provided for emergencies.
- Bag Drop: NO bag drop available.
- Catering: Onsite food caterer.
- Photography: Expected within 24 hours post-event.
- Toilets: Free portable toilets in the event village only.
- Changing Room / Showers: None available.
- Water / Snack Stations: Available at start/finish, and on run/bike routes for refilling bottles.
