- 9:45 AM: Pre-race meeting - The Race Director will cover course markings and important information.
- 10:00 AM: Bushwhack starts.
- 4:00 PM: Finish line closes.

The loop is approximately 5 miles as the crow flies, and runners must complete each loop in under two hours while hitting every checkpoint.
