The Angry Run
The Angry Run is one day in the 7 Deadly Sins series held in January 2027 at Pengethley Manor, Ross on Wye. Entrants choose a target distance and must complete that distance within a 7 hour time limit. Each lap of the course is 2.5k; the 5k option is two laps.
The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. The route includes a repeated hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
Options on the day and on-site facilities include free parking, hot drinks, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Race bibs are collected at registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email. Virtual runs can be completed on any day during January with a minimum distance of 5k. Virtual runs require verification before a medal is posted; international postage costs may apply.
Entry fees are non refundable. Published entry prices include a race entry fee and separate fees for virtual entries for UK and overseas. There is a charity entry option with a reduced entry fee in exchange for a fundraising commitment and deadlines for raising funds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

- The course is offroad, all within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and very tough. But hey, tough is fun! There is a bit of a hill, which will be run on each lap, and a series of up and downs through two vineyards.
- You chose your distance - each day has the option of a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra.
- Race day is Thursday 14th January:
- On the day please arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 to register yourself and to collect your race Bib. Race Registration will close at 9:45 and the races will start promptly at 10:00

Virtual Runs:
You can do your run on any day in the month of January. Choose the distance yourself, but you must do a minimum of 5k. Once you have entered, you will receive a personalised Virtual Bib as a keepsake. To book virtually, use the same booking system as the race, but on the entry form it will ask if you are doing the race or the virtual option. Just write 'virtual'. Entry fees are the same to cover admin of your virtual bib and the additional p&p costs.
Race Bibs & Virtual Bibs:
Race Bibs: You will collect your race bib on the day of the race at registration. Virtual Bibs: Once you have entered the event, we will email you a personalised virtual Bib as a keepsake. It may take a day or two to receive the virtual Bib, but it should be with you before the event date starts.
