Tabbed In The Head: 15 miles, Lincolnshire Wolds
Tabbed In The Head is scheduled for 13 December 2026 at the Clickem Inn, Swinhope, near Binbrook, Market Rasen (LN8 6BS). Registration is held on the day of the event.
The course covers 15 miles across the Lincolnshire Wolds. The route includes muddy tracks, exposed hillsides and strong winter winds. Elevation details are listed as TBC. GPX files are provided for Ordnance Survey maps and for Garmin devices.
There are two entry categories with specific equipment and time limits. Loadbearing requires participants to carry a weighted pack for the entire course: men carry a minimum of 30 lbs (approx. 13.6 kg) plus food and water, women carry a minimum of 25 lbs (approx. 11.3 kg) plus food and water. The loadbearing cut-off is 4.5 hours. Clean Fatigue is run without a pack; standard trail running kit is required and grit is mandatory. The Clean Fatigue cut-off is 4 hours.
The event is organised by Yellow Belly Ultras. The entry fee is £35. Race documentation includes a race day information sheet and a participant waiver.

- Loadbearing
For those who want the true military test experience. You must carry a weighted pack for the entire duration of the race.
Men: Minimum 30lbs (approx. 13.6kg) + food & water.
Women: Minimum 25lbs (approx. 11.3kg) + food & water.

No pack, just you and the trail. Don't be fooled—without the weight, the pace is faster and the pressure is still on.

The Route
Set in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the course offers some of the most deceptively difficult elevation in the county. Expect muddy tracks, exposed hillsides, and the kind of wind that cuts right through you.
