Suicide&Co 10 Before 10 Challenge
Suicide&Co runs a community-led, in-person movement at Broad Walk Cafe in Regents Park on World Suicide Awareness day. The event brings people together to move and reflect as a form of self-care.
Participants choose between two movement options:
- Run: 2 laps of Regents Park at a conversational pace
- Walk: 1 lap of Regents Park
The group sets off together and there is an optional coffee and chat afterwards. The event theme is Reset; a prompt will be provided on the day to give a thinking and chatting point while moving.
Tickets operate on a "Pay What You Can" basis with suggested donations of £2, £3.50, or £10. The challenge includes loyalty rewards: making this the first of ten events can lead to exclusive Suicide&Co merchandise. Participants will also receive a digital badge via Strava as part of the challenge.
