50. Süderelbe Halbmarathon durch das Alte Land
The Süderelbe Halbmarathon, a traditional autumn race, celebrates its 50th anniversary. The route starts at the CU Arena near the Neugraben S-Bahn station, goes through the Alte Land region to Neuenfelde, and returns. The event also includes 10 km and 5 km runs, a 5 km walking race, and a 1.2 km children's run.
Route
The half marathon route is almost flat and well-asphalted, starting at the Neugrabener CU Arena, heading towards Francop to a turnaround point in Neuenfelde, and then returning. The courses are officially measured, ensuring valid times for rankings and qualifications. The finish line closes at 12:30 PM.

- 10:00 AM: Half Marathon

Parking & Travel:
Paid parking is available at the P+R facility of the Neugraben S-Bahn station, adjacent to the CU Arena. Accessible via S-Bahn lines S3 or S5 to Neugraben station, followed by a short walk to the CU Arena.
Participation Information
- Bibs: Distributed on event day at the CU Arena. No return required.
- Timing: Chip timing integrated into bibs for all races. Personal chips are not needed.
- Changing Rooms & Bags: Facilities for changing, showering, and bag drop-off are available at the CU Arena.
- Refreshments: A refreshment station is located on Hohenwischer Straße for the half marathon, passed on both the outbound and return legs.
- Awards: All participants receive a medal and a certificate. Overall winners of the Half Marathon, 10 km, 5 km run, and walking events will be honored. Certificates can also be printed online.

From Oct 1, 2026: +3 EUR
From Oct 30, 2026: +5 EUR
- Half Marathon: Adults 20 EUR, Youth (2007-2012) 16 EUR
- 10 km Run: Adults 18 EUR, Youth (2007-2012) 13 EUR
- 5 km Run & Walking: 12 EUR
- 1.2 km Children's Run: Children (2015-2020) 5 EUR
Registration Deadline:
Online registration closes on November 5th (6:00 PM). Personalized bibs are guaranteed for registrations by October 28th. Later registrations will have neutral bibs. Late entries are possible on event day until 9 AM.
Note: The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, pandemics) or official orders. No refunds for participation fees or other expenses in such cases or for personal non-attendance.
