About the Stupenská sedmička
The Stupenská sedmička is a trail running race that will take place in Břasy on Saturday, November 28, 2026. The race offers a 7-kilometer loop, predominantly on forest paths with minimal asphalt, promising a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the grounds of TJ Sokol Stupno. It welcomes both seasoned runners and complete beginners of all age categories, potentially marking their first race.
When, Where, and How Much
The race will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2026, at the TJ SOKOL STUPNO grounds. Registration is from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, with the start at 10:00 AM. The course length is approximately 7.2 km, with a capacity for 400 participants.
Entry Fees
- 200 CZK until Sunday, October 25, 2026 (pre-payment to account)
- 250 CZK until Sunday, November 22, 2026 (pre-payment to account)
- 350 CZK on the day of the race (on-site payment)
50 CZK from each entry fee will be donated to charity.
Categories
Girls up to 15 years, Women 16–25, 26–35, 36–40, 41–45, 46–55, and over 55. Boys up to 15 years, Men 16–25, 26–35, 36–40, 41–45, 46–55, and over 55.
What's Included
The entry fee includes post-race refreshments (tea, water, mulled wine, beer, lemonade, homemade cakes, savory pastries, Christmas bread, bananas, bars...), a participant medal, course marking, timing, photos from the race, prizes for winners, and a raffle.
Course Description
The first few meters will be on a track around the handball field. After exiting the gate, the route follows a gravel and asphalt path before turning sharply into the forest. The course includes real forest trails with roots, a moderate climb towards the football field, a section near a former landfill, and a road crossing (supervised). It continues through fields and downhill into the forest to the Matylda junction, then follows the red trail towards Vranovice. After a descent, the route turns right, marking roughly the halfway point. It continues on a flat forest section followed by several uphill climbs in the forest. Another road crossing leads to a blue cycle path, then back to the football field, and towards Ultramarine. The course includes descents into the forest and parts of the MTB trail before returning to the TJ SOKOL STUPNO grounds.
