STRABAG Rail MILADATLON and Czech Championship in Off-road Triathlon for Doctors
The off-road triathlon and duathlon event at Milada Lake in Ústí nad Labem will take place on August 22, 2026.
Pierre de Coubertin said: "It is not important to win, but to fight honestly and with all your might."
The Miladatlon motto holds true, as everyone can choose their distance: "You can do it!"
Don't believe you have what it takes? Hesitant to try your first off-road triathlon or duathlon in front of experienced athletes? Cast aside your prejudices and shyness! Come enjoy movement and perhaps try the beautiful and intoxicating sport of off-road triathlon or duathlon for the first time. Don't forget the children and young adults, they have their own off-road triathlon race categories. The youngest competitors up to 8 years old are allowed accompaniment on all distances and can use swimming aids. Students up to 11 years old can use swimming aids.
Adults can choose a race category based on difficulty, distance, and elevation profile: off-road triathlon categories HERO, LONG, MIDDLE, SHORT, and off-road DUATHLON. The Czech Championship in off-road triathlon for doctors will take place on the MIDDLE doctor distance [on a different MTB distance than MT MIDDLE]. If you're not ready to complete the entire race, don't hesitate to gather your family, friends, and acquaintances to form a relay team in the off-road triathlon MIDDLE relay category. Athletes with hearing, visual, and physical impairments, with or without accompaniment, can participate in all courses and have actively participated repeatedly.

- MIDDLE and MIDDLE relays: 0.5 km (swim) - 28.4 km (MTB) - 5.4 km (run)
- LONG: 1.5 km (swim) - 33.6 km (MTB) - 8.1 km (run)
- HERO: 2.25 km (swim) - 67.2 km (MTB) - 21.6 km (run)
