Stodská osmička 2026
The Stodská osmička is a running event held annually in Stod, Czechia. This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, July 18, 2026.
Race Details
Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026 (rain or shine)
Location: Stadion Slavoj Stod, Hradecká street, running oval.
Start Time: 10:00 AM
Course: 8 km natural cross-country course from Stod along the Radbuza river, through Hradec, with a turnaround and return on a similar route.

Men's Categories:
- I. Juniors up to 20 years
- II. Juniors 20 – 30 years
- III. 30 – 40 years
- IV. 40 – 50 years
- V. 50 – 60 years
- VI. 60 – 70 years
- VII. 70+ years
Women's Categories:
- I. Juniors up to 30 years
- II. 30 - 40 years
- III. 40 - 50 years
- IV. 50+ years
Included Races:
- Preschoolers and first-graders (100 m)
- School children up to 15 years (400 m, divided into younger and older)
- Family relays – 3-person teams (adult man, adult woman, child up to 15 years) - 3 x 200 m

Registration:

- On-site for main race: July 18, 2026, from 8:30 AM at Stadion Slavoj Stod
- Children's races: Register at [email protected] or on-site at Stadion Slavoj Stod from 9:00 AM on July 18, 2026.
Entry Fee:
- Children up to 15 years: Free
- Online registration: 100 Kč
- On-site registration: 150 Kč
The entry fee includes water during the race, fruit, and water after finishing.
Prizes:
Material prizes will be awarded to the first three finishers in each category, as well as the top three overall male and female finishers. In the included races, prizes will be given to the top three in each event.
Race Rules:
Runners under 18 must have written consent from a legal guardian. Participation is at the runner's own risk. Entry fees are non-refundable. The race will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless a state of danger or crisis is declared.
