St. Bernardusloop 2026
The St. Bernardusloop is a beloved local beer run, returning as a fun recreational event with no timekeeping or rankings. Participants can enjoy the run for fun and a delicious St. Bernardus beer for each completed 1350m round (max 10 rounds). For youth, there are delicious apple juices (1 per completed round, max 5). For the youngest runners (2nd grade kindergarten to 2nd grade), a 900m run is available with experienced supervision. These are fun runs tailored to the pace of the slowest runners. There are various start times; information is available at the registration desk. Participation is free. Additionally, all participants who register in advance will receive a goodie bag and enter a tombola with great prizes, including vouchers up to €100. The main prize drawing is at 6 PM, and attendance is required.
Registration
Advance registration costs €16 for adults and €7 for youth up to 16 years old. The youngest participants can register on the day of the event for free. Advance registration is open until Thursday, June 11. Day-of registration fees are €19 for adults and €8 for youth up to 16 years old. Please pay electronically (Payconiq or Bancontact) as much as possible on the day of the event.
Practical Information
- Free Start: You can start freely from 2 PM. The last bottles of St. Bernardus or apple juice will be distributed at 5:30 PM.
- Showers: Available in the youth changing rooms of Essevee.
- Bar: Open for participants and supporters until after the tombola.
- Location: Jogging track Waregem, Zuiderlaan, Waregem, directly opposite the Elindus Arena of Essevee and the Parkhotel.
- Parking: Preferably arrive on foot or by bike. Ample parking is available at Waregem Expo and at the youth center parking.
