St. Andrews Father's Day 5 Miler
Join us for the St. Andrews Father's Day 5 Miler, a cherished local event taking place in the picturesque town of St. Andrews, New Brunswick. This year marks the 46th edition of the race, set to occur on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Race Details
The main event is a 5-mile run, known for its challenging yet fair course. Runners will experience a mix of flat sections, downhills, and demanding climbs, including a notable hill section on Cedar Lane and a tough climb near the arena and Katy's Cove. The course starts and ends beside the Sir James Dunn Academy High School.
Kids Races
We also host 'Small Strides, Healthy Lives' Kids Races for younger participants, with distances ranging from 400m to 800m, suitable for various ages and abilities. These races offer free entry and are focused on fun, with no times recorded, only finishing places.
Registration and Fees
Registration is online only for the 5-miler; no race day registration is available for this distance. Kids races allow for last-minute race day registration.

- 5 Miles (Non-members): $30.00 (Early Bird), $40.00 (Regular)
- 5 Miles (Members): $25.00 (Early Bird), $35.00 (Regular)

Previous year race winners (1979-2025) are eligible for a reduced entry fee of $20.
Awards and Amenities
All participants in the 5-miler will receive a handcrafted finisher medal. Awards include overall male and female winners, age group trophies, and special recognition for the top local male and female runners. Kids will receive medallions from the NB Medical Society. Free technical t-shirts are guaranteed for those registered by June 1st. Refreshments and draw prizes will also be available.
