Spring Strides Running Program 2025
Get ready to conquer your spring races with Fleet Feet’s Spring Strides Running Program! Whether you’re tackling your first 5K or aiming for a half marathon PR, we’re here to help you achieve your goals.
This 10-week program includes in-person speed training sessions every Wednesday, as well as a full training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks, giving you daily guidance for running, cross-training, and recovery.

Fleet Feet's experienced coaches will track your progress, keep you motivated, and provide feedback along the way. Work with coaches one-on-one at group runs, and message your online coach via TrainingPeaks for personalized guidance.
