IVS Spring Stampede 5K/10K Trail Races

Experience the IVS Spring Stampede 5k/10k trail races set in the scenic Wildlife Prairie Park, located west of Peoria in Central Illinois. This event is proudly sponsored by the Illinois Valley Striders and is an official IVS Grand Prix Race.

Your race entry includes admission to Wildlife Prairie Park for the day, making it a perfect outing for the whole family to explore the park's numerous attractions.

Important Note: To guarantee your T-shirt, please register before April 19th. Unique awards will be given to the overall male and female winners, as well as to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in regular age groups: 0-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

Post-race snacks will be provided. A $5.00 discount is available for IVS Members.

Course Details:

The 5k terrain is relatively easy.
The 10k terrain is more demanding, particularly in the latter half.

Water stations will be available along the course routes. Both races start at the main parking lot and follow maintenance trails and some single-track paths in a loop around the park.
