Program Dates: March 9, 2025 - May 4, 2025 (No class on April 20, 2025)
Schedule: Sundays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Cost: $65, includes 8 weeks of coached workouts, a training shirt, and a 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
