Spring 2025 Adult Run Training
This 6-week class is designed to help adults prepare for a spring race while improving overall fitness. The training includes detailed daily plans, two coached group runs per week, and suggested cross-training and strength workouts.
- Location: 242 S Main Street, Suite 102, Holly Springs, NC 27540
- Program Dates: March 23, 2025 - May 3, 2025
- Group Training Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
- Cost: $60 (includes training schedule, coaching access, discounts, and more).
