Spring 2025 Adult 5K/10K Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
The class is 10 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults train for a 5K or 10K race: be it their first or as a veteran runner looking to improve their race time. All levels and paces are welcome!
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 10 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs.
Cost of the class is $70. No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering.

Cost includes: 10-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, coach-led Saturday group long runs, 15% off merchandise (shirts, hats) at The Running PTs, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.

Program dates: March 23, 2025 - May 31, 2025. Group training will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15PM-7:15PM, and there are group long runs with all spring adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM. The class will meet on Mondays & Wednesdays rotating locations among: Hunter Street Park, Apex Nature Park, Mills Park Middle School track, & Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway. Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
