Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup is always available on race day an hour and a half before the start of the race. If you need to switch to virtual please email [email protected] BEFORE the event or come to packet pickup and pick up your items. If we are not notified prior to the event, items may not be available as we open items up after the event for late registrations.
Event Schedule
- 6:30-7:45am Packet Pickup
- 7:55am Kids Dash (Meet at the Start Line and we will walk participants out to the starting area)
- 8:00am National Anthem and Race Start!
Results and Awards are live and available at the Registration tent immediately following your finish!

Age Group Awards
5k/10k/Half Marathon- Male and Female Overall Male and Female Masters (40+) Top 3 Male and Female for the following: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Kid's Dash, 1- Mile and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards.
Virtual Event
Virtual Event participants are welcome to run any day, anytime, at the location of their choice! Your registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for your packet. Your packet will be mailed to you and will ship out the Wednesday after the race. You can upload your times starting the day of the event on the results page. You can also upload any photos in the "participant upload" album on the photos page!

Refund/Cancellation Policy
All Bodies Race Company events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to participate in the event, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal, and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course. See our virtual race information for complete details: https://bodiesracecompany.com/virtual-events/ This time of year the weather is iffy, but we will only cancel if our venue requires cancellation, or if there are ice hazards on the roads or course. Due to the time required for permitting we are not typically able to reschedule. If cancellation is necessary we will transfer everyone to virtual!
