The Courses
- Sonnwendlauf: 10 km, starts at 09:00 AM, for ages 14+
- Schülerläufe: 750 m, start between 10:45 AM and 12:00 PM, for ages 5-12
- Hobbylauf: 6 km, starts at 09:00 AM, for ages 12+
- Einsteiger- und Jugendlauf: 1.2 km, starts at 10:30 AM, for ages 10+
