Sokolský běh republiky – Ledce
The Sokolský běh republiky – Ledce will take place in Ledce on Wednesday 28 October 2026. This race is organized in a format where timing is not measured, but participants will still receive their official times and be eligible for awards. Each participant will receive a start package with a race number and gifts from organizers and partners. A Republic-shaped medal awaits all finishers.
Race Details
The start and finish for all categories will be at the children's playground in Ledce. Participants will complete circuits based on their category.
Main Course
- Adults: 4.1 km
The course starts at the children's playground, follows country paths through nature around a former chateau, and returns briefly on asphalt. It passes local ponds, springs, and the grounds of a former spa.
Children's Courses
- 1 km: Born 2012 - 2015
The course starts at the children's playground, loops around a field above the playground, briefly follows asphalt, and then goes around the Cikánský pond before returning to the playground.
- 500 m: Born 2016 - 2020 and younger (2021 -)
Starts at the children's playground, goes uphill on asphalt past a chapel, and then returns to the playground.
Accompanying Program
Children can enjoy the attractions of the local playground. The pre-race atmosphere will be enhanced by the traditional playing of the national anthem on electric and bass guitar.
Facilities for Runners
Near the start, there are changing facilities and restrooms at the Municipal Office. A tent at the start location will offer post-race refreshments and a place to leave belongings. Showers are not available.

Parking is available on the road near the children's playground.
