Legend (70.3): Swim 1,900 metres, Bike 95Km, Run 23.1KM.
Ultra (140.6): Swim 2.4 Miles, Bike 190KM, Run (Chwarel Finish): 44.5KM, Run (Mynydd Finish): 49.9KM.
Standard Duathlon: Run 1 5.8km, Bike 49.9km, Run 2 11.7km.
