The Sinnemahone Ultra Trail Run offers runners the chance to explore breathtaking trails and dirt roads in Elk State Forest. This is not a closed course, and all events start and end in Emporium, PA.

- Sinnemahone Trail Run 26k - Distance: 26K, Price: $50.00
- Sinnemahone Trail Run 12k - Distance: 12K, Price: $40.00
