Participants may walk, run or bike on Saturday September 19th, 2026 at East Rock Park! The event takes place at College Woods in East Rock Park. 5K participants will run along the Mill River and around the bottom of East Rock before turning around and returning to the finish. The course is a nicely shaded route, perfect for September!
- Walk & Run Ticket Price 1-12 yrs: FREE (registration is required.)
- 13-18 yrs: $12
- 19 yrs-older: $25
- Bike Ticket Price Must be 19 yrs. or older to participate. 19 yrs-older: $25
