The Shepshed 7-mile race is a measured course over a scenic, traffic-free, countryside route through Garendon Park. The race is chip timed and fully marshalled. Entrants must be over 16 years old. All 7-mile finishers will receive a commemorative t-shirt, and there will be spot prizes in the main race. Facilities include toilets, changing rooms, limited free parking, and refreshments.

- Entry Fee: £22 (affiliated runners), £24 (unaffiliated runners)
- Entry Deadline: 30th October 2026
- T-shirt Size Guarantee Deadline: 5pm, Thursday 25th September 2026
- Prizes: Trophies and prizes for various categories (Male/Female overall, age groups, teams)
- Note: No entries on the day for the main race.
