Swim: 400m pool based
Bike: 10k
Run: 2.5k
The pool swim will be based at Selkirk Leisure Centre, Selkirk. The swim order will be dictated in waves based on submitted 'estimated swim times'. The transition will be sited in the car park adjacent to the pool. This event can also be completed by relay team.
The bike route is a flat, fast out & back route alongside the river before joining the A7 to Lindean and then the bridge over the River Tweed, looping back over the Old Tweed brig and back via Sunderland hall and rejoining the A7 and returning to the site.
The run route follows the beautiful riverside path in a clockwise direction. One lap and return to the finish line at the pool.
