Scilly60% – The Marathon
Experience a marathon like no other. Scilly60% – The Marathon is a 42 km multi-island trail race that takes runners across four of the Isles of Scilly’s most spectacular islands before finishing on St Mary’s. Competitors will complete every inch of coast path on St Martin’s, Tresco, Bryher, and St Agnes, followed by a final 5 km push to the finish on St Mary’s. This is more than a marathon — it’s an island-hopping adventure through some of the most scenic and varied coastal trails in the UK.
Cut-Offs & Pace
Cut-off times are based on a pace of: 8:30 min/km (13:20 min/mile). This offers a more forgiving window than the original Scilly60, providing roughly 10 additional minutes per island — but the rugged terrain, tidal deadlines, and inter-island logistics still make this a demanding and highly rewarding challenge.
