- 09:25 Sparkassen-Lauf 10 km
- 12:00 Bambini-Lauf 500 m
- 12:15 Schüler-Lauf 2 km / 4 km - "You have the choice": one lap 2 km or two laps 4 km
- 14:10 Schwebebahn-Lauf – Company Run, Team Run, Individual Starter 5 km (ages 16 and up, family block from 2018)

- 13:45 Start line-up begins - Line-up for handbikers / wheelchair users. Block Blue – incl. welcome & instructions.
- 14:00 Start Block Blue - Handbikers / wheelchair users start. Parallel, the line-up for the fastest runners begins, Block Green.
- 14:10 Start Block Green - The fastest runners start (target time up to 20 min, green start number). Subsequently, the booked start blocks will start successively. Your start time can be found on your bib or in your registration. Please arrive on time: not too early and not too late. We wish you success and much joy!
New in 2026: Family block at the Schwebebahnlauf
In the last start block, the family block will start from 2026 – especially for parents who want to run together with their children. A great opportunity to be active and share a special experience together. Children born from 2018 onwards can also participate.
Your starting place includes:
- Personalized bib including shipping if booked by April 30, 2026
- Bib with QR code for live results service incl. transponder system
- A closed B7 for runners
- Drop-off of your own clothing bag
