Welcome to the Scare Bear Run - Wales
Join us on the 18th of October 2025 for an exhilarating day of running at the Dare Valley Country Park. Choose from a variety of distances including 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon, and Ultramarathon, and challenge yourself to run as far as you can within 7 hours.
