Saturn Running - Midweek Chasing Numbers June 2026
This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event held from a central venue at The Last Hop in Staines. Participants choose their own distance, with a minimum of 3 km and the option to run multiple laps. A full lap is about 7 km (4.37 miles) though the loop may be changed to 3.28 miles depending on course conditions.

- Half marathon equals 3 laps
- Marathon equals 6 laps
- Ultra equals 7 laps or more; 50 km option available
The course runs along a stretch of the River Thames and is fully signed. About 60% of the route is on a well-made path or tarmac; the rest is grass and light trail that can become muddy. Road shoes are suitable year-round; trail shoes may help on the softer sections. The regular course may be adjusted subject to health and safety review and land owner approval.
Finishers who complete at least one lap receive a medal. Distance pins are issued for half-marathon and longer distances and are attached to the medal ribbon. Aid and drinks tables are set up at the start/finish of each lap with savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items. All finishers receive a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available.
Members receive a £10 lower entry price, guaranteed entry and a mini-me medal pin at each event. Toilets are available at the venue; there are no separate showers. Parking is available at Bridge Street Car Park in Staines. Headphones are permitted and participants should be considerate of other footpath users.
